This is our very first podcast this was kind of a chat session that turned out to be pretty good.

In this session we talk about appropriate rest and loading during training and EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) workouts.

We always want athletes to succeed and knowing your body and limits is something that comes with time. Be patient and consistent and your results will speak for themselves…
