Paul Dyck and Ben Fransoo discuss how plateaus can happen and some different options to be able to dissect why you’re hitting the plateau and some ways to help you stay on track.

Some issues that can lead to plateaus our training stimulus (too much or too little), not enough variety or too much variety, Poor nutrition, Poor recovery habits like lack of sleep, no myofacial care, no mobility or stretching, and lack of rehab / rehab (physiotherapy, massage, chiro, or Athletic Therapy).
