#012 Powerlifting with Mark Oxer, Kurt Kornelson & Paul Dyck

Starke is excited to have Mark and Kurt coming in for some demo sessions in Powerlifting at the end of October​. For those that don’t know powerlifting incorporates the three big lifts the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift.

To be proficient in these lifts athletes need to learn the technique and how to create as much tension as possible in the body (and then some) to be successful at maximal loading.

Join in and learn from Mark and Kurt on what you should expect in a powerlifting session.
