#029 Gym Hopping 2.0

Well, it’s been a week of trying out other gyms, checking out the culture, meeting people and watching interesting form. After a few workouts, I had realized that what we do and the way we train is exactly what we need to be doing. I’ve been getting approached constantly and love that people are asking questions and interested in the movements we’re doing.

It’s a good reminder that there is nothing else I’d rather be doing and no other way I’d want to be training.
